For this swap,I chose Kool-Aid Pie as it has become a family favorite since finding in back in 2008 at Cutoutandkeep.net
I will post a video on how to make it later this week, but here is the recipe:
Kool-Aid Pie
- 1 pkg Kool-Aid (or drink mix flavor packet)
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
In a large bowl, mix together the packet of
Kool-Aid whipped topping, can of sweetened
condensed milk until well mixed (by hand or
with a mixer).
Taste mixture; if too tangy and 1-3 TBSP
milk or cream and/or sweetner of choice
until it tastes how you want.
Pour into the prepared mixed ingredients
into prepared graham cracker crust.
Chill in fridge or freezer (we prefer
freezer as it is more like an ice cream pie)
at least 2 hours before serving.
