Hi ! The best spot for this achievement is, for me, at the very end of Level 1, Midsummer Meadows. You need to aggro all the green enemies in the room just before the Boss, group them at the entrance of the room and cross your fingers to get 10 kills in one throw.

This is only doable in Gimmick! difficulty as you have 12 enemies in this mode and only 9 in Assist.

Took me a long time to find a good spot for this achievement !
