Giles Duley is a documentary photographer who was named the UN's first Global Advocate for Persons with Disabilities in Conflict and Peacebuilding Situations. He reminds people gathered at UN Headquarters in New York that it is our responsibility to ensure that there is not another generation that has to accept war as normal. Duley is also a writer, storyteller, chef and the CEO and founder of the Legacy of War Foundation, a charity supporting communities and individuals as they rebuild their lives after conflict.
