Armed Gigan, a variant of Final Wars Gigan featured in the Japanese TV Magazine's "Godzilla G1 Grand Prix: Round 5" picture series from 2007. I have held off on creating a model of it for years but I felt it was finally time to make it.
Reference images are rare and low quality, even the photos in the magazine itself tend to conceal many of Armed Gigan's details, who was nothing more than a Bandai figure of Final Wars Gigan outfitted with armor and weaponry from various model kits. This was the main hindrance in making this model. In the end, I had to make up some of his details myself.
I hope some of you will appreciate the vintage cartoon homage in this video.
I also made a Gatling Gigan model from the Godziburst toyline. There will be a short animation of him later.
