This is not the kind of content I usually upload on this channel, and therefore I wish to write a few words about it :)
This video was recorded last summer, that is the summer of 2020. If you follow me on Instagram you might know that I have been pregnant during the summer of 2021, so I just wanted to clarify since this video contains alcohol I have not been drinking while pregnant, this was recorded last summer. You needn't worry about the baby ;)
(Our little princess was born 26th of august and she is the biggest blessing ever)
The reason for not uploading it straight away was that I had an idea of starting another channel, so I thought long and hard about it and what kind of content that I wanted to upload for the new channel, and I recorded this one. The thing is, I love music of course but I also sometimes wish to make other videos, like for example the more vlog-like videos. Anyways, silly me forgot about this vid because I wanted to save it for the second channel, and I suddenly found it in my computer one year later and thought....I don't need another channel! I thought at first that it would give a "cleaner", more structured impression to keep the Camillashoice channel free of anything but music. But at the same time I want to be less rigid, less precious about both what kind of content I upload but also the quality of it. So I ended up thinking: "what the hell!" This channel can be a place for any kind of video that I feel like, and I have found myself wanting to share more of the simple things that I enjoy and just letting my personality shine through a bit more.
So... this is why we suddenly are appriciating bumblebees on this channel and I must say that I like it :)
As expected with a newborn I have not had any time to record stuff but there is a new collab up on Spotify with my friend Emil, we recorded "Sound of Silence", check it out if you like! Also there is another collab coming up with my new friend Christian Larsson, "Rye Whiskey" that you probably recognise from this channel, but with a much more countryish sound which I LOVE!

Hi my sweet friends!
This is a very spontaneous, unprepared and unrehearsed version of The Parting Glass so I hope that you dont mind me recording this in the middle of the night with bad lighting and also I believe I sang some parts in the wrong order! But I just found myself having some recording-feeling so I pulled out the guitar and just recorded it :)
You might notice that this version is much inspired by the High Kings which I love, and they are absolutely amazing right?!.
