Cuadar Retimed to 6:41 because dungeons now end timer on final boss kill, not mission complete.

The best cube in the history of proph. Absolutely godly run. We beat our sum of best with this run. Was a 6:56 before the run, 6:47 afterwards.
Might go for sub 13 solo, but definitely done with duo and trio for the foreseeable future.

Because it saves 2-3 seconds.

How do you know where the next set of blights are going to be in wasteland?
Toland moves in their direction.

Why do you kill the hobgoblins in cube while being teleported to the next room?
It prespawns the knights in the next room.

Why do you not kill as many as possible each time?
Knight spawns are rotation based, and we can manipulate where they spawn based off the number of hobs we kill to get them in optimal positions.

How are you doing that with your sparrow?
It's called sparrow flying. You can find many guides online.

Why do your teammates leave and rejoin?
Alex swaps to a titan for a damage super and Emacity swaps to hunter for a debuff.

Shattered Throne SOLO in UNDER 5 MINUTES

Cuadar 2023-04-29 | Timer begins on first input and ends on boss kill for dungeons. Additionally, there are two timer pauses to mitigate hardware advantage/connection differences between players. One being after first encounter before the captain, and second being before Vorgeth drop down.

Q: Why does the run start at first encounter?
A: When the dungeon was first added, you could not reset the checkpoint. Since first encounter has all the rng in the run, this checkpoint became the standard start spot for runs submitted to speedrun.com.
Q: What's your build?
A: Aspects: heat rises, icarus dash. Fragments: ashes, torches, searing, eruption. 1st enc: 1-2 punch shotgun, trace, eager, winter's guile, melee kickstart, heavyhanded, hands on (other mods are preference). Transition: blinding gl, horseman, transversives. Vorgeth: same thing, but with rain of fire, shield break charge, arc surges. Boss: wardcliff, heritage, winter's guile, arc surges.
Q: Why do you shoot your trace randomly during first encounter?
A: It pulls the aggro from the ads so they don't spread out.
Q: How do you get your melee back so quickly?
A: Heat rises (airborne kills return melee energy), ember of searing (defeating scorched targets returns melee energy), melee kickstart (using the melee returns melee energy).
Q: How do you instantly reload your horseman?
A: Rain of fire exotic boots.
Q: Are you using the horseman bug?
A: No. That requires swapping between a slug and horseman, which I wasn't doing. It's also not allowed on runs submitted to SRC.
Q: How do you kill the knights at boss so quickly?
A: Same way as first encounter. Each stack of winter's guile provides increased melee damage, which the ignitions fall under. Since I ignite all 3 knights with 4 stacks of guile, there are 3 simultaneous 220% buffed ignitions.
Q: How does your Wardcliff do that much damage?
A: The boss is considered a vehicle so Wardcliff has a big multiplier against it. Additionally, I have a 93% damage increase from a combination of radiant, arc surges, riven's curses, and transcendent blessing.

Vow of the Disciple WR Speedrun [17:30]

There are two timer pauses implemented in this run as part of the speedrun.com rules for the Vow of the Disciple raid. These pauses exist in order to eliminate hardware advantages between teams running the raid. In between Caretaker and Exhibition, the timer is paused so that players with slow load times will not be penalized when they rejoin. In between Exhibition and Rhulk, the timer is paused again due to a reward processing bug that prevents the starting of the Rhulk encounter until his cocoon spawns in, a timing that the team running cannot control.

How is your season rank so high? I have been moon afking since the start of the season, and since I barely play the game, I have a high season rank.
How are you going up the chute at the beginning? Heat rising up an inclined surface allows you to go up it.
How do you double dunk the motes? You dunk while high up and between the two dunk spots.
How does first boss die so quickly? Typically it would die right as the shield goes down, but Mooskia shield bashes it with wormgod’s caress and 1-2 punch.
Why do you swing off the teleporter right before wasteland? It’s so we have downwards momentum before being teleported.
How are you doing that with your well? If you eager then press jump then super after you leave a ledge, it animation cancels your super and launches you.
How are you doing that with your sparrow? Utilizing destabilizers and dodges allow you to fly and maneuver in the air. There are guides available to learn.
Why are you using a blue sniper? As long as a sniper has snapshot, it’s functional for my role. It’s also funny.
Why do you swing off each plate at cube? I do this so I’m not affected by airborne effectiveness when I’m shooting my sniper and so I don’t bodyblock my teammates when they’re shooting the hobgoblins.
How are knights spawned early in cube? Shooting hobgoblins while being sucked into the next room will spawn the knights in that subsequent room.
Why do you nova the knight at boss? It generates orbs for Mooskia’s star eater scales and explosive light (if he had that on his rocket).
How are you reloading your rocket during boss? The rain of fire exotic boots reload your weapons every time you icarus dash. It doesn’t look like I’m dashing because I’m up against the back wall and it doesn’t zoom out.
How does boss dps work? It’s just izi rocket spam with gjally for Wolfpacks, a tether, gathering storm, font of might, and a warmind cell.

Worlds Fastest Grasp of Avarice Speedrun in 7:34

Cuadar 2022-01-11 | Title is not clickbait. Our run is the fastest verified run on speedrun.com despite being duo because of the reasons below.

This run is far from optimized--we had two days worth of runs before the Fallen Shield skip was patched. Due to the patch, this run will unfortunately never be beaten. Within the time that people were running with the shield skip, we achieved the fastest time despite being a duo (the only team running trio got an 8:04).

FAQ:
How is this considered a speedrun when you glitch through the map and change characters?
This is a verified speedrun on speedrun.com. By default, Destiny 2 speedruns are all considered any%, meaning any technique can be used to complete an activity as fast as possible. This includes out of bounds, glitches, and exploits, within reason (some things are still banned such as the drop box glitch). If people actually had interest in an in-bounds category, they'd run it and open that category on speedrun.com, but no one does that because any% is the most fun and usually most impressive. The point of a speedrun is to complete something as fast as possible, so why would we limit ourselves when those options are on the table?

Why do you run Mountaintop?
It's a lightweight weapon so I get a sprint speed bonus while holding it out, and it's used to kill myself to pull to ogre later in the run.

Why do you drop your light level?
I drop my light so Mountaintop can 1 shot kill me.

How do you kill the ogre so fast?
The titan uses a 1-2 Punch shotgun with Code of the Devastator (hammers), Tractor Cannon, and Wormgod Caress. I use stasis super because melees do 2.3x the damage to frozen targets.

What happened during the sparrow sections?
My mouse was bugging causing multiple misinputs. I also flew past the mine because my sparrow wouldn't pull out (I'm bad).

How does the Fallen Shield skip work?
Basically there is a vandal tied to the health of the Fallen Shield (similar to first encounter DSC). This vandal is located in a box outside of the map. By throwing a squall at the box, the vandal dies and the encounter completes.

90 RPM snipers are the fastest RPM that can still body shot the hobgoblins during boss dps. Aachen just so happens to be one of the readily available ones with snapshot, so it doesn’t feel sluggish to use. Additionally, it’s a void sniper so I can take advantage of Font of Might.

Is a solo 1 phase possible?
On warlock, no. On hunter, you can barely squeeze out a 1 phase assuming perfect teleport and ammo rng.

Is this record beatable post-nerf?
Prophecy was never a dungeon that relied on skating for speed, but rather sparrows. However, the nerfs to xenophage, anarchy, hotswapping, and grenade launchers are what make this record extremely hard to beat. Unless a better or comparable boss dps option that doesn't rely on rng is found, I do not believe this record is possible to beat.
