I wonder what’s going on here..?

Again, I’m not going to explain anything. This time though, I’ll tell you if you guess what’s happening correctly, and I’ll pin the comment of the first person to guess the whole thing. :D

Sorry if this looks a bit rushed, since um it kind of was. That said, I’m still pretty happy with how this turned out. As some of you may know, animation memes aren’t really my thing, but this one turned out ok! Also, I know this is a super old meme. That said, It’s always been one of my all time favorites, and it really fit Oak so deal with it. :)
