In this review of Ghost of Yōtei, I talk about how the game has a lot of neat ideas and a great protagonist with which to realise them. It's just a shame that it can't meaningfully move on from its predecessor's generic open world mission structure - diluting the real promise of its opening hours. It is the most Basically Fine video game ever released, and you already know whether you're going to like it or not. All this and more in my critical review of Ghost of Yōtei!
