“Never Back Down” was written by Gabriela Gomes and Roger Gomes. The video and artwork were created by Gabriela Gomes.
The inspiration for the lyrics came from the struggles and challenges that we all face in life. We wanted this song to serve as a message of strength and perseverance, a reminder to never give up, to never back down, no matter how hard life hits.
Musically, the song draws influence from the brilliant melodic rock style of Sunstorm, the anthemic fire of “Burning Heart”, and the powerful sound of Michael Sweet’s work. Thematically, the energy and determination of the Rocky and Rambo movies helped shape the tone and spirit of this track, courage through adversity, resilience through pain, and the will to rise again.
“Never Back Down” is taken from the upcoming Ghost Jaguar album Genesis.

Seven Seas of Time is a self-imagined compilation album featuring a collection of songs by the British rock vocalist John Payne.
I chose the album title and designed the artwork. I have chosen these songs as they are lesser known tracks. I feel these songs deserve much more attention. Some of them are rare, others are from John Paynes guest appearances on different albums. There are a few cover versions of very good rock songs featured as well, along with some rare demos.
Each of these songs are brilliant. I hope my choices in songs for this mix will introduce many of you to something new, something that you will all enjoy very much.

Unfortunately, many fans often divide themselves into camps, neglecting the incredible songs from the other lineup. I believe this approach deprives them of experiencing the full range of Asias remarkable collection of albums. I created this group to bridge the divide between fans of John Wetton and John Payne, and encourage them to appreciate the diverse range of music within Asias discography.
My goal is to create a harmonious community where fans can come together, appreciate the distinct qualities of each vocalist, and celebrate the music of Asia in its entirety. Lets put aside debates and negative comments, and instead, focus on enjoying the rich legacy of this legendary band.

Throughout September, I have shared a collection of art that has been inspired by the Aura album by ASIA, released on January 31, 2001.
The idea was to capture a world within the Aura art, to journey through the art whilst revisiting each of these songs together, one by one, per each art design that I shared. Personally, I listen to this album very often, so for me, this has been a fun excuse to listen to it again.
When it comes to the Aura album, I dont even know where to start, as it is flawless from start to finish. Every track has been recorded, played, and sung superbly. This album defines perfect creation. It is much more than a pleasure to listen to these songs. Aura is a wondrous gift. I cant find the words to describe the brilliance of this release!
