I'm still working on my review of Ghen War. In the meantime, I hope you all enjoy this interview with its lead developer, Robert Leyland. In today's day and age, he's well known for his role in the Skylanders series. Before then, he and his team developed lots of titles for the Genesis and the Saturn, one of them being Ghen War.
Mr. Leyland gives a lot of interesting and new insight into what developing for the Saturn was like before and after it launched in North America. Ghen War was supposed to launch with the Saturn on September 2nd, 1995. They were told about the May 11th surprise launch two days before it happened. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
