Whilst used replacements arms might be available, the condition of these nearly 20 year old models means finding perfect arms is impossible.
But we continue to repair the older models everyday for electronic/electrical issues. http://ghd.repair/service
Cleaning all hair product off is also very hard if not impossible.
So please, potential customers, please contact me if you require replacement arms, I will check my stock and will upload images for you to inspect.
For newer models like the GHD Gold S7N261 GHD Max S7N421 and GHD Original S4C242 we have hundreds of arms and many look as new.
So you can be confident of the condition and would not need to ask for images.

Parts covered in someone else's scalp - avoid at all costs!
This company gave me replacement arms covered in someone else's scalp, make up, sweat ect!!! They were completely and utterly filthy. Their customer service following this was terrible. The guy refused to even apologise and instead moaned about how I'd packaged them and how old they were! I sent him photos and will be posting them on fb/ insta later so please look at those reviews too. Reapplying the old arms (which was the know resolution offered) will not fix the fact these people think using filthy parts is OK. I am contacting trading standards too as in a post covid world I'm amazed they are operating whilst sending out such filthy parts as standard. I tried the complaints procedure on their website prior to writing this but it's futile. I've used quite a few of these repair people over the years. This is the only time I've ever had an issue. So please use a different online repair service, these guys are unscrupulous!
