Hey beautiful people! It's your boy Joshua Martin. There is no real story in this video, rather me just testing the quality and handling of the SLR Magic anamorphic lenses with my Panasonic Gh5 in the 4k anamorphic mode. I did this test to see the optical characteristics when stopped down. I was between T5.6 and T11. The bokeh test will come soon. I personally think it's good to know how well a lens works throughout its aperture range. Most of the shots are handheld with a few tripod shots too. I used my 4 stop ND filter for most of the shots. I purposely didn't film a lot of classic anamorphic flares. I wanted to see the other qualities of the lens. The 50mm and 70mm are my two favorite focal lengths in the lineup. I still have some getting used to the 35mm T2.4 2x anamorphot. Don't get me wrong, there are still ton things to learn about these lenses and this is just the start.
