Exilelord.
If it weren't for Exilelord, you wouldn't be watching this video right now. I would not have booted up my ancient relic of a computer, redownload FL Studio (and all its add-ons) and Guitar Hero if Exile wouldn't have released his hacks (in case you missed it; he modified the game which enabled taps, HoPo chords, 4k notes+ songs etc...) to make this song. Exile has been an essential part of the Guitar Hero custom community since the very beginning, and we all have him to thank for the recent revival.

Speaking of which: it's good to finally be back! When I posted Monster Trill back in 2013 it certainly was NOT my intention to remain idle until now. Sure, I did my comeback one month ago in CTP4, but that was a one hour project. I just lost motivation for the game completely and other stuff in life was more intresting than video games.
Still, I got madly inspired when I watched the Soulless 4 preview, and I just had to make a song of my own including the hacks. Hence this - El Diablo!
This is my longest song and arguably my hardest one. Just as Soulless 4 it is FCable but not very likely to ever actually GET FCed. One must have alot of endurance playing this song. It will be interesting to see if we can get a community Tech FC of this!

Couple of facts:
- The piano intro/outro is completely ripped of from Tom Waits' "Ice cream man".
- The piano verse right AFTER the intro is ripped of from Adele's "Skyfall".
- There are three sections in the song named "It's Going Crazy!". This is a section idea I have had in mind for a long time. Each section is 10BPM faster than the previous one and also a tad different charted which increases the difficulty.
- It IS me singing att 3:40! "Man in the mirror" was a song I did a long time ago and I just decided to throw in the vocals. If you want to hear the original song, go here: soundcloud.com/veckopeng/man-in-the-mirror
- The "Color Solos" are the parts I'm most happy with. It's 5 solos (4:01-4:57) which all circulates around one of the five frets.
- Ever since I saw Schmutz's original "Madness March" I have - for some reason - wanted to include a similar concept into a whole song. So I guess, with the part 5:05-7:29 in mind, you could call this a "songception".
- "Mountain Solo C" (9:25-9:31) is arguably the hardest section in the song.
- The song is around 12 minutes long, consisting of 7672 notes.
I hope you all enjoy this song, and hopefully we'll see some decent pathing and get some competition feeling going.
I strongly doubt I will make any more customs now - but hey, I've said that before, haven't I? ;)
