Thanks to erinexplosives for figuring out a method to consistently boost the Dark Splinters up the ledge.
Grab Missile Launcher after triggering the cutscene to spawn the splinters, then wait a little after they spawn near the exit so they don't get stuck on the wall, then rush to the ledge and wait for any splinter to come in and lunge at you. When they're about to jump at you, move towards them, that will cause them to get a huge boost and make it past the ledge, it's not 100% consistent but it's just enough to make it doable. (6 out of 10 times you'll get it)
Once a splinter made it to the top, make your way towards the middle of the door, you want him to lunge at you so you get sandwiched by it and the door, and just before he gets to you, Morph and hopefully it will be blocking any space for a reposition to happen, making the game have no other choice but to put you out of bounds through a hole that is near the door. media.discordapp.net/attachments/1042642314666987662/1042694006213201990/image.png?width=976&height=701
To do this, move forwards slightly to aggro him and hopefully he'll block out a sized portion of space. If you're successful at it, you will get repositioned below out of bounds, the aether is behind the room (looking towards the ship) rush there so you don't fall too far below. Try to get an IUJ out of it.
This solves 9% Low% and can be a possibly alternative viable route in 100% to skip the Great Temple fight and skip getting the Feeding Pit Power Bomb!

![[Wii] Any% Meta Ridley Strats
Here are my Ridley strats for Any%. This assumes you have 40 missiles.
Instructions:
- Start the fight with a full Charge Beam shot, then fire a Super Missile, then repeat.
- Shoot another Charged shot as he flies off then get on top of the Pillar
- Follow the on screen instructions
- Shoot a Super, but make sure that he is approaching the ground before it hits otherwise he will do another flyby and lose a lot of time.
- Shoot a bunch of missiles, if you get lucky he will do a small turnaround then roar, otherwise just keep shooting missiles.
(Make sure you stop when you only have 5 left for a super, but if you get a drop keep shooting more)
- Shoot a super before he flies off
If you got lucky and his health is really low, try to do some more charged Plasma snipes to end the 1st phase sooner, then end with a Super.
If you got unlucky and he doesnt stay on the ground for too long (Not shown) try to sneak in a Super shot before he flies off, you might need to anticipate this. And do NOT keep damaging him during the 2nd flyby, wait until he lands again before depleting his health.
- Switch to Ice Beam
- Stun him with a charged Ice shot then damage him with uncharged, Full charge, uncharged, instant charge.
- Stun again, then do uncharged, fully charged.
- Stun, uncharged, fully charged.
- On the second ground phase, stun him with a fully charged Ice, then do uncharged, full charge, then squeeze in another uncharged.
- Repeat previous step and he should be dead. [Wii] Any% Meta Ridley Strats](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/lKGwxS_fZ18/mqdefault.jpg)
