The first part shows the old method which is used in Mukkis TAS Run.

@0:36 i do the new method i found on 14/04/2013.
You lose a small amount of time to collect the second green Energyball, but can skip a large part with a very high jump on the green jump-platform. It is only possible if you press down the A-Button when you jump on the platform (perform a High Tail Bounce) and then mash A to do a quickly HTB again.
It's the same way in all 3 Remotes!
