I've found 3 little Timesaver and each of them saves around 5 seconds.

@ 0:01 : The Out of Toon Timesaver is a little bit tricky, but it's on the beginning of a speedrun, so you can reset if you fail this
@ 0:19 : This shortcut is hard to pull off consistantly. The window (where you can perform the jump) is near frameperfect (maybe it is a 1 framer...but im not a TASer). But it's only a option and if you "fail" this, you doesn't loose time (different from many other shortcuts in the game)
@ 0:40 : The dotcom shortcut is easier, but only safes a very small amount of time
