But, today's topic has to deal with new up and coming commentators.
I've seen videos of better known or people with around 1,000 some subscribers telling people with less subscribers, "HEY! If you want to succeed on YouTube, you need the highest quality mic, the highest quality capture card, and the best editing software out there!!!"
To be honest? I don't think that's sound advice.
Start small, and if YOU enjoy it and also if other people enjoy your content, THEN begin the investments. High quality YouTube video production isn't cheap, and not everyone is in the best financial situation. So, start small, acquire the enjoyment of YouTube, and then move up to better equipment.
But, do you guys think this is the case? Or am I preaching old news here?
