» Hello friends, I just got back from the gym and decided that today we are getting really personal. I wasn't sure if I wanted to share this, but decided that there could be good things that come out of it if I do. Some days are good- some day's are not so good, but move forward I shall.

I've been having a bit of a tough go recently and will need to restructure my diet to help me feel better. I didn't mention in the video- but I AM able to eat hemp (go fucking figure haha) so likely that will be a majority protein source for me in the coming months/ years. I also enjoy Mushrooms/Fungi and that will be something I continue to heavily eat.

I'd love to hear your adventures with food/ allergy/ hormone issues if you've struggled with a similar thing and if you live in the Vancouver area please feel free to suggest a nutritionist.
