Getting paid for consulting work can be tricky.
You solve the problems of a company. You double their sales.
...And, suddenly, they've forgotten why they're paying you.
Sometimes, it's a detriment to be REALLY good.
In this video, I explain a few examples of how to structure consulting gigs so that when you patch up all the hemorrhaging, they don't throw you to the curb.
