So yeah, pretty much every fence or small vertical opening that you can shoot through, you can hop off a Sparrow through it. There are of course some exceptions to the rule. If there's a barrier, push or otherwise, you won't be able to go through. But 9 times out of 10 if you can shoot through it, you can Sparrow-hop through it.
