Cats Costumery | Getting Dressed in the 1830s | 19th Century Clothing @CatsCostumery | Uploaded November 2021 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Hello everyone and welcome to a new video!
This week, I wanted to show you all the layers that go under the dress I posted about last week. I really enjoy the layering of historical costume, so I was really excited to film this kind of video. I also always feel super cute in historical undergarments (even with the ridiculous 1830s hair!). If you missed last week's video, where I showed the making of this dress, it's linked down below. It's based on an illustration by @chloe.z.arts on IG (instagram.com/chloe.z.arts/?hl=en) in her series of historical witches. This was the Eclectic Witch, in an 1830s design. The last photo was taken by the awesome Eugene Artjomenko (instagram.com/eugenesart_/?hl=en) on IG. I also have some videos on the making of some of the undergarments, linked below.
