Turns out I'm not sick! With a cold, at least. I finally learned why I've been feeling so under the weather, and it's due to crisis-level air pollution in Bangkok at the moment.
I explain a bit about the problem and what's being done to alleviate it for now. This does happen often and seasonally, but it is EXTREMELY poor quality air in and around Bangkok Thailand at the moment!
