Hi my loves! It's so good to be back. Decided to make a video on how I got into back on track and into alignment after I was in an emotional slump for a couple of weeks. When you're going through something and don't really know why you're feeling a certain way, it's important to take a deep breath, take a break, take a step back, and reevaluate your path and your feelings. It's ok to un-commit to yourself for a while and just BE. Take a break from social media, take care of your body, hydrate yourself, practice mindfulness, be grateful, and don't be afraid to CHANGE. Change can lead you to great things and keep you aligned with your purpose. I apologize if this video is super long & rambly, but I also made it as a therapy for myself. I appreciate all the love, support, and patience. You guys are the best & I'm so grateful!
