Road trips are good for the soul, especially for a grieving heart. This getaway to northwest Arkansas was just what the doctor ordered.
We survived date nights, doggie bakeries, too many amazing restaurants to count and a tornado scare at the breathtaking Crystal Bridges Art Museum.
What a trip! As we settle back into life at home, it makes me grateful for my beautiful family. It's funny how the dream never looks exactly like we think it should, but that doesn't mean it isn't our happily ever after.
