Its not a good idea to anger Death, especially if youre a demon. Saul is forced to walk in human guise, deprived of his powers. To regain his former status, he is given the task of stealing three human souls without killing their bodies - an impossible enterprise, such is Deaths sense of humour. But what if a human could be persuaded to help? They are, after all, quite capable of murder, given the right motivation.
