The Planets touching down in 3...2...1... 🪐

To explore how Holst’s music compares to the real planets, we spoke to an expert: British astronaut Tim Peake. As the face of our Planets campaign, including this year’s BMW Classics, Tim is helping us uncover the science behind the solar system. Watch the video to hear his take on Holst’s epic suite.

That same sense of discovery continues in our new album, featuring an out-of-this-world performance of The Planets led by Chief Conductor Sir Antonio Pappano, from the ominous opening of Mars to the ethereal close of Neptune with the upper voices of the Tenebrae Choir.
