In this video, I'll be showing you a cool little app called "StepLock" that uses the pedometer in newer devices as an app lock.
If your favorite apps have been keeping you from getting out and getting motivated, this app can help you use your smartphone addiction to your advantage. You simply pick out a time-wasting app, set a step count goal, and then you won't be able to use that app until you've achieved your goal.

![Deleting Stock Apps on iOS 10 Doesnt Actually Remove Them [Proof]
Apple Isnt Really Uninstalling Stock Apps in iOS 10

iOS 10 now lets you remove stock apps–but not really. As you can see from this screen recording, when a stock app is deleted, it actually stays on the device.
After deleting a stock app, you can re-install through the App Store. But that shouldnt work with Airplane Mode enabled, because you wouldnt be able to download an app without a connection. Yet, as you can see, the app downloads just fine without an internet connection. This indicates that stock apps arent really deleted when you remove them, and instead, are just hidden from the home screen or temporarily disabled.
