I'm trying something a bit different with this video, come along as I try to get it "all" done this week!
My Breakfast Smoothie Recipe (double recipe):
* 2 bananas
* 1 cup oats
* 1 cup milk (I use homemade oat milk)
* 2 tbsp cocoa
* 2 tbsp peanut butter
* 1 tbsp hemp hearts (optional but I like them)
* 1 tbsp ground flax seed
* 1 tsp vanilla
Just put it all in a blender and blend it up! I like to top mine with more hemp hearts.
