Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars:
3 cups cheerios
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment or foil, set aside
Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave for one minute
Stir and combine cheerios
Place into pan and press into place
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting
Store leftovers in refrigerator

1 lb. ground beef
onion diced (optional)
bell pepper diced (optional)
3 cans beans drained (whatever kind you like)
1 jar salsa
1 jar pasta sauce
spices to taste:
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder
cumin
paprika
water
Cook beef, add all ingredients to taste, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until thickened
