Steps to view the sound file for Google Pixel notifications or ringtones sounds in settings
1. Open Sound & Vibration Settings
2. Edit notification or ringtone alert
3. Save the sound as the default temporarily
4. Open Files App
5. Open Internal Storage Folder
6. Open Android....media.....
7. Open com.google.android.soundpicker
8. Open Notifications or Ringtones folder
The file will be the raw filename i.e. sound_picker_track_210.ogg but is usually the most recent.
You can change default ringtone back to the original and file will not be deleted

Certain files in Pixel Sounds category do not follow this pattern and won’t save to folder such as Eureka or
Gentle Gong. This was pointed out by user in the comments.
