This involves an old glitch called Return A.
You activate this state by pressing Target, Shield, C Up and take shield damage on the same frame, It's not as hard as it sounds..When in this state you can't pick up items unless you C Up again (this cancels Return A). Because of this you can walk through a Deku Nut and enter the crawlspace, leave and walk with out picking up the Deku Nut. You can cancel Return A and pick up the Deku Nut before the camera snaps. This means we only have to worry about one RNG. One is drop RNG, what item gets dropped. The other is which direction the item goes. Now we don't have to worry about the direction RNG. This make Any% more consistent.
