Hello fellow artists!
My name is Elisabetta Furcht and I am an Italian watercolor artist. I started sketching later in life but art is now a big part of my life: I sketch everyday and I feel I am part of a tight community.
Teaching a relaxed and friendly approach to art is what I like to do on Skillshare, where I have published over 15 classes.
I sketch everyday but I most often have a little time, so I like to paint quick sketches with a pleasant result!
In my new Skillshare class you can learn how to sketch a very easy cityscape, with people walking in the rainy streets for added fun and energy. A quick but effective sketch!
Because it's a monochromatic sketch, we will learn the importance of values in creating all the different details in Urban Sketching.
You can also learn how to add people at different distances, using some simple rules, to add energy and personality to your sketch.
Eventually, you can learn how to add reflections and highlights to depict rain and to make your people pop!
This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate students that would like a soft but fun introduction to Urban Sketching.
