German Lamb’s Lettuce Salad is very popular in German restaurants and homes during winter. It pairs perfectly with balsamic, vinaigrette, or honey mustard dressing. Typical toppings include walnuts, pomegranate, figs, fried duck, and bacon cubes, my favourite way to serve it.
