My family and I were lately on vacation in Croatia and being a herbalist the first thing I did was checking out the local wild and kitchen herbs. So, I found sea beans on the rocky beaches of the island and rosemary in our landlords garden, where I also picked a lemon from the tree. We cooked a delicious vegan veggie bean stew and a tomato cucumber salat in which I included the sea beans. It turned out to be the most delicious dinner at the seaside with the taste of the Croation islands.
