German envoy arrives at Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow

The German charge d’affaires arrives at the Russian Foreign Ministry after a Russian summoning. Russia says it is summoning the diplomat to protest what it called "anti-Russian actions", after Berlin announced sanctions on Moscow over an attempted drone attack on Leipzig airport.
