Gerhardt Konig is charged with attempting to murder his wife, Arielle, during a hike in Hawaii. Prosecutors say he tried multiple ways to kill her, including pushing her near a cliff and striking her with a rock, and point to eyewitnesses and a statement they call a confession. The defense argues this was a chaotic fight, not an attempted murder, and raises self-defense and credibility issues.
