Got some new motors for my Wee-Mix. The Ex1102 where too soft for my flying 🤣.
I've only had x2 2s and 1x 3s pack through them so far to test.
First clip is 2s and second clip is 3s.
On stock sailfly settings. It's a little bobbly/loose on 2s. But 3s isn't far off from being tuned so I'm gonna have to setup an other profile for 2s pids. But my camera appears loose on later inspection so the wobbling could just be that 😅😅
But yeah I have no complaints so far and had a few crashes already cartwheeling on the ground and nothing is effected.
3s with 65mm props (sailfly) I was hitting 18A
2s with 65mm props (sailfly) I was hitting 13A
OK so there's loads of (I hate the term) "toothpick" style frames. More actually the ultra-light micro class. So I wanna break the mould. Something different, inspired by the Remix. I don't know how it'll fly. But let's see. This is stock Sailfly-X settings. Could do with a little tune up but I was having too much fun.
frame weight of 18g (10.5g for the main plate which can be configured as a toothpick style build with a canopy being total 14g)
16x16 20x20 26x26 fc mounts (19mm build height)
m1.4 x 6.6mm x3, m2 x 9mm x3 and m2 x 9mm x4 motor holes
65mm ( 3" with canopy)
14mm cam
