FIRST... my apologies to the students and alumni of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. I've passed through Statesboro more than a hundred times and knew it was Georgia Southern, but somehow typed STATE in my script instead of SOUTHERN and never caught the error. Ugggh! Very sorry, Eagles.

I took a trip with Jacksonville friend, Paul Newtson. He showed me some great spots along the old Central of Georgia main line between Savannah and McIntyre, GA. We also had a great lunch in downtown Savannah.
