Let us introduce you to Skippy, the mixed breed wonder dog, owned by Donald and Laura Adams from McDuffie county. Donald, a beef cattle farmer who was disabled after an accident, found his lifeline in Skippy. Thanks to P.H.A.R.M. Dog USA, a non-profit that trains dogs to assist disabled farmers, Skippy has been a game-changer. This Australian Sheppard mix not only made it possible for Donald to continue farming, he’s also earned the title of the 2024 American Farm Bureau Farm Dog of the Year! Here now, Skippy's story as documented by our friends at American Farm Bureau.
