Bridgetown, Barbados

In 1751, 19 year old George Washington traveled to Barbados with his half brother Lawrence Washington.
Our future first president contracted small pox during his stay, but was nursed back to health at this house.
Surprisingly Mr. Washington never visited a foreign country except for this Caribbean island of Barbados.
