Part 1: Presentation by Dr. Hank Revercomb, Director of the Space Science and Engineering Center, University of Wisconsin-Madison. The presentation was one of five delivered at the CIMSS Science Symposium held on 6 May 2013.

Revercomb provides an overview of the Sounding and Tracking Observatory for Regional Meteorology (STORM) instrument, its GIFTS heritage and future with GeoMetWatch.

Part 2: Presentation by Dr. Dave Tobin, scientist at the Space Science and Engineering Center, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Tobin presents an overview of data collection and products of the STORM system.

Part 3: Presentation by Dr. Liam Gumley, scientist at the Space Science and Engineering Center, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Gumley discusses the STORM ground system: receiving, transmitting, processing, distributing STORM data as well as providing sensor command/control and monitoring sensor health and status.
