i really dont know what to think of this level on the one hand its super cool and has a REALLY satisfying dual at the end (when it works) but on the other hand it feels like you do the exact same thing and sometimes you just die for it. also im not sure if this is a me problem or not but i swear if i didnt play a part for 2 seconds i'd literally forget how to do it or just lose all consistency and have to go back and waste more attempts.
for the longest time the 2nd cube was absolutely impossible, i died there 100 times with only 3 passes before i finally started getting to the drop more often, personal thanks to robtop for updating the physics in 2.2 making all the jumps where you use a green orb to go through a roof incredibly precise instead of being fillers like in 2.1, the level is definitely harder in 2.2 because of all the physics changes.
all in all though its a really cool level that is kind of held back by balancing and consistency issues, as well as bugs (holding the first green orb of the 2nd cube literally just kills you sometimes, and you randomly end up super low at the start of the drop ufo sometimes as well)
special thanks to laser for vcing with me for like 7 hours straight while i was grinding this yesterday
enjoyment: 7/10
attempts: 5098 (bloated quite a bit from all the 2% deaths and having to go back and practice every 5 seconds)

![(UNLUCKIEST EXPERIENCE EVER) Sink 100% [New Hardest]
i dont know where to even begin with this
i should preface by saying im writing this 2 weeks after i beat it, so all my hate for the level and the experience i had with it has kind of died down.
i initially wanted to go for this because i loved the song, to be honest i never expected to get good enough at it for beating it to become feasible but it just kind of clicked. the level was super fun in runs and i went in expecting it to be super hard and take me a while but i also expected it to feel accomplishing. however, the sheer extent of the bad luck i got on this level baffled me to my core. it absolutely destroyed any chance i had of enjoying this
anyway yeah it basically went like this; i got far early on and then i just kept dying over and over and over again at the very end. i practiced the ending SO much and it didnt do anything because every time i got there id be barely lucid from the nerves and the prospect of never having to play the level again, but every time i was disappointed and died at either a huge chokepoint or some random bullshit. when i got shitty luck on totstl and fell on 10 5 times i atleast knew that i would be proud of having beaten something so hard and i was getting better as the grind went on
with this however i KNEW i was going to beat it because i literally got 89% with 4k attempts. i never got properly consistent, i would just randomly get a super far attempt and die at the final part. this level is extremely chokepoint heavy, everyone knows that, and it definitely made the experience worse but past a certain point i no longer felt like i was trying to beat sink, i felt like i was only fighting to get lucky one single time and that time just NEVER came. i kept racking up deaths at the last part and it made me feel like i was absolute shit at the game because who the hell else dies that much at the ending
sorry for the huge rant i just kinda had to say something about my experience with this, also huge thanks to everyone who put up with my crashouts during this grind, as well as to everyone who was there when i beat it. big thanks to lucy and laser specifically for basically forcing me not to give up on this lol
enjoyment: -10000000000000000000000/10
dont do this as a new hardest
