I'll keep this comment brief, since I have to get back to my Arthur video... as well as my other video. This is an example (and hardly a unique one) of exactly where Northeast "rain" comes from. It's not just the rain in the Northeast that follows this pattern either. Wherever you are, guaranteed the majority of the "rain" you are hit with, comes from the next state over, down Jetstream. I can prove it every day... and so can you. Just keep track of and study your local radar.
