Watch me (Dave) fumble my way through installing a Gen-Y GoosePuck gooseneck hitch in my 2019 F-350 diesel — using nothing but a cheap Amazon Basics toolkit!
First attempt? Installed it completely upside down.
Second try? Put it in backwards.
After redoing it two or three times, I finally got it right… and it actually works!
If nothing else, this video proves one thing: if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again (and maybe again). Persistence wins!
I’m no RV or fifth-wheel expert — I’m just a regular guy learning as I go, and I figured I’d bring you along for the ride. If you’re new to towing, puck systems, or DIY truck mods, you might get a good laugh (and a few tips) out of my mistakes.
