Hi! Long time, no see! Somehow this video took even longer. It's been about five months of random check-ins as I attempted to add: taking my blood pressure at night, handwriting in the mornings, upping my fiber and good food intake, de-stressing about my WIPs, regular yoga and exercise, streaming on a schedule, and a whole host of other things. My focus has been on gentle goals and slow progress and honestly? It's been really, really nice.
