1st Team: Diluc(DPS), Fischl(SDPS), Barbra(HEALER) and Venti(CC) = Superconduct and crowd control
2nd Team: Keqing(DPS), Xiangling(SDPS), Jean(HEALER), Sucrose(CC) = Superconduct and crowd control

I run this team because Fire and Lightning elements causes superconduct which is the strongest element combo in the game so you do the most damage you can put out. Main Dps follow up by a SDPS which stands for support DPS. Then you always need 1 healer and for the 4th player I always go with a CC player for crowd control.
