So this is my first intro into onimusha after not playing Warlords. I wanted to get this done too give me practice for Warlords and the HD remaster. As such I don't play too great and I do get lost (but try and cut any sections out). I do a run of the story, and beat the 10 level dark realm, and beat the tower, but miss out on the 20 level dark realm and the final sword.
Before postig this I have now completed Warlords and think this version is superior in everyway I can think. The only minor annoyance was the monsters absorbing souls that you just knocked of them. It didn't make sense to me why they would go into rage mode from this. But I love the idea of fighting over souls and it makes it quite tense when you have enemies around. This version in general feels more difficult than Warlords so it probably wasn't the best to start on.
