With the “end of times” laid out in Revelation, it is tempting to speculate on if Jesus is coming back in our lifetime. Gene Getz shares his insight on when the Lord might be returning and how we should live in the meantime.
Gene Getz, author of The Measure of a Man, is director for the Center for Church Renewal and is pastor of Fellowship Bible Church, Plano, Texas. He is also an adjunct professor in pastoral studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.
In the second part of this two-part episode, Ken and Gene discuss spiritual gifts and salvation assurance “by grace through faith”.
“If we understand grace, if we really understand it, it teaches us to live a godly life. In other words, how can we live a sinful life when God has given everything through his Son, Jesus?” - Gene Getz

I don't think there's any reason he couldn't come at any moment and remove us from this earth and come back to this Earth after the rest of Revelation is fulfilled. But the important thing is: am I living in view of the fact that Jesus could come? We need to be ready.” - Gene Getz
