Heather Lavallee, CEO of Voya Financial, said that her firm's research find that Gen Z is saving more money than their millennial counterparts and are putting it away earlier in their careers. Lavallee said that Gen Z is also looking for access to personal guidance to help them plan for retirement and make other complex financial decisions.
