Another non-tech video?! Well, this time, it's a continuation of my Geek Fitness series.

So, a little while ago, I got the PowerBlock U-90 Adjustable weights. They're great but I very quickly realized that I needed a bench to go with it.

In this video, I'm doing a quick overview of the PowerBlock Sportbench. It's adjustable , goes together easy and is very, very solid.
